General Terms and Conditions
The clauses of this document represent the agreement between Wild West Resort Ltd. dba Champetre County and THE CLIENT holder of the booking.
Rates: All our rates are displayed in Canadian dollars, excluding taxes.
Taxes: Taxes (GST, PST, and lodging taxes, if applicable) are added to displayed rates.
Best Available Rate: To benefit from our best available rate (BAR), the GUEST must make the booking on this website or by phone at the hotel. Every booking will be made according to the current availabilities and terms at the time of the booking for a given date.
Deposit: To guarantee every booking, the hotel needs a valid credit card number, and will charge the amount equal to either the cost of the entire stay or the cost of the first night of the stay (including taxes) on this credit card at the time of the booking.
Booking modification: According to the rate chosen and availabilities at the time of the modification, the guest will be able to modify his booking until 3 days before the initial check-in date. Once this time limit had expired, modifications are no longer possible, and the booking is final.
Cancellation between the reservation date and 3 days before the arrival date: In the case of a cancellation between the reservation date and 3 days before the arrival date, only a fee of $30 plus taxes will be charged, the balance of the deposit will be credited to the credit card.
Booking Cancellation within less than 3 days before the check-in date (*): In case of cancellation within less than 3 days before the check-in date, irrespective of the reason for the cancellation (**), the full stay is due and charged on the credit card.
Respect for Place: It is the guests’ responsibility to respect the location, including decorative objects, furniture, fabrics, bedding… the hotel reserves the right to claim monetary compensation to replace the missing or damaged items, up to 3 (three) times the full replacement value.
Group events or parties: including pre-wedding stag/bachelor and hen/bachelorette parties: All these types of activities are allowed if arranged in advance with the property and subject to our approval.
Non-smoking hotel indoors: The indoor areas of the hotel are strictly non-smoking place. A fine of $500 will be imposed on anyone who do not respect this rule.
Respect the maximum allowed capacity of guests per room: It is the responsibility of the guests to respect the maximum permitted capacity of guests according to the type of room booked. Otherwise, the hotel reserves the right to prohibit access to the booked room or to charge the extra costs to the guests for the use of a larger room, if available, to guarantee the comfort and safety of the guests.
Pets: All types of pets/animals are prohibited in the hotel
Loss or theft on site: The hotel assumes no responsibility in case of loss or theft of personal property if safety instructions are not respected or if the most basic principles of prudence are not taken by the guests to prevent this kind of event.
The jurisdiction and place of performance for all litigation are Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada, and Canadian law shall apply regardless of the nationality of the plaintiff.
Insurance: It is the guests’ responsibility to purchase travel insurance with the company of their choice.
Force Majeure: The hotel assumes no responsibility in case of annulation or modification of a booking, even if the reason is directly or indirectly linked or due to force majeure reasons of:
– Bad weather conditions or severe weather
– Natural disasters, forest fires, flood, volcanic eruption, earthquake
– Canceled or delayed flights
– Illness, death of the guest, or one of his relatives.
– Loss of employment
– Strikes, wars, riots, acts of God, governmental action, pandemic, terrorist act
