Champêtre County caters superb buffets and banquets, large or small. Our secret is that everything is made by hand under the watchful eye of Thérèse, our Western Chef. Here is a selection of meals to choose from. If you would like something that's not on the list below, anything at all, just ask. We love to do things the way you want!



Breakfast

First-Light Breakfast: coffee and juice, fruit basket and a cinnamon roll

Cowboys Brunch: Pancakes, sausages, bacon, hash browns, scrambled eggs, and all the trimmings, coffee and juice



Lunch

Hot Dog Lunch: 2 hotdogs with fresh-baked buns, all the trimmings, and a light dessert

Coureur-de-Bois Lunch: French-Canadian TourtiËre (a delicious meat Pie), fresh-baked French Bread, and a tossed Salad

Hamburger Lunch: 2 beef hamburgers with fresh-baked buns, all the trimmings, and a light dessert

Chili-Compagne: rough-and-tumble chili, fresh-baked French bread, garden salad, and a light dessert


Supper Meals

Champêtre County can provide all kinds of banquets, large and small. Here are a few options that will really hit the spot!

Cowboy Steak: 8 oz. New York steak, Western Roast Potatoes, veggies, 2 salads, with homemade Pie and ice cream for dessert BBQ Roast Beef: mouth-watering roast beef, Western Roast or Scalloped Potatoes, veggies, 2 salads, with homemade Pie and ice cream for dessert

Stagecoach Supper: 2 meats (choose from Roast Beef, Turkey and Ham) Western Roast or Scalloped Potatoes, veggies, 2 salads, with light dessert

Champêtre Chicken Breast: 4 oz. chicken breast, Western Roast or Scalloped Potatoes, veggies, salad, with homemade Pie and ice cream for dessert (Champêtre Turkey: same as above with roast turkey)

High Country Hamburgers: all you can eat hamburgers and smokies with all the trimmings, Western Roast Potatoes, 2 salads, and Baked Beans, with fruit crisp dessert

Loaded Lasagna: homemade Lasagna, salad, fresh-baked French bread, with Cinnamon Roll for dessert

Six-Gun Stew: beef and chicken stew, fresh-baked French bread, salad, and Cinnamon Roll

Hors d'oeuvres: variety of appetizers to start off any meal

For a high-class supper, or just a hungry bunch o' cowboys, why not whet your appetite with one of these fine meals...

The following meals include:

  • Home baked French Bread with Butter
  • Mixed Vegetables or if available Fresh Corn on the Cob
  • Western Roast Potatoes
  • Country Baked Beans
  • Tossed Salad Greens
  • Coleslaw
  • Homemade Baked Pie - choice of Apple, Pumpkin, or Pecan Pie.
  • All Condiments: Horseradish, Sour Cream, Pickles, Pickled Beets, BBQ Sauce.
